Simple ~ Treat every child the way you would want your child treated. Showing students of all ages kindness and love creates an atmosphere for learning. It also solves so many problems and behavior issues.

Students have to know you care about them before they are open to learning. I also believe reading is the key to success. Teach children to love reading and they will have unlimited adventures throughout their lives. Reading is the key that opens the door for all other subjects.
